The Annual Meeting & Election of the Whiteland Woods Community
Association will be held on Thursday, May 14, 2026, at the West Whiteland Township Building,
Main Meeting Room, 101 Commerce Drive, West Chester, PA at 7:00 p.m.

At this open meeting, the Board of Directors will review the activities of the past year, current projects, and future plans.

Homeowners will also elect the Board of Directors. You will receive via email and mail candidates' biographies and Directed Proxy Ballots for the Board of Directors as well as Directed Proxy Ballots for the
Carriage and Townhome Advisory Committees, if applicable.

The Annual Meeting Agenda will be sent out a week before the meeting.

Six Petitions for Candidacy have been received for the Board of Directors' seats. One seat from the Carriages and one seat from the Singles must be filled.

Remember, your vote and participation in the election are very important. Please take a minute to read the proper voting instructions listed below:

1. Each unit is entitled to only one ballot. We have both mailed and emailed this notice. Paper copies are also available at the Management Office, located in the Clubhouse.

2. Directed Proxy: The attached Directed Proxy permits the owner to cast a vote prior to the night of the election. Directions for submitting a Proxy are included on the Directed Proxy Form.

3. A quorum of 20% (88) of the total number of association members is necessary for the election to take place. Therefore, if you cannot attend the meeting, please submit your completed and signed Directed Proxy by 3PM, Thursday, May 14, 2026.

They can be submitted In the following ways:

1. EMAIL your Directed Proxy to the Manager at jane.king@fsresidentlal.com by 3PM on Thursday, May 14th OR

2. Hand-deliver your Directed Proxy to the Community Manager, Jane King, at the Annual Meeting OR

3. Hand-deliver your Directed Proxy to the Management Office in the Clubhouse at 218 Fringetree Drive by 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 14th. If the office is not open, please drop the Proxy in the lock box located on the clubhouse porch to the left of the entrance door by 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 14th, 2026.

IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU VOTE, EVEN IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND THE ANNUAL MEETING!

lf quorum is not met, the Election cannot be held and the Association will be required to hold a second meeting which will cause additional expense for the Association.

Quorum is 20%, or 88, out of the 439 homes.
