Homeowners will elect the Board of Directors.
The Annual Meeting Agenda will be sent out a week before the meeting.
Hand-deliver your Directed Proxy to the Community Manager, Jane King, at the Annual Meeting

Hand-deliver your Directed Proxy in a sealed envelope (please sign your name on the back flap) to the Management Office in the Clubhouse at 218 Fringetree Drive by 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 14th. If the office is not open, please drop the Proxy in the lock box located on the clubhouse porch to the left of the entrance door by 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 14th, 2026, OR
